In every one of our workouts we believe in challenging the way you think about practice. We want to change the way you think about skill development and the way you think about the status quo. We do this by having you perform the same, dynamic, cutting edge and innovative drills used by NBA, NCAA and elite high school players that we train — but on your level. We break the drills and concepts down so that you can have the same edge over your competition that they do. Our goal is to take your mind and body to a place you have never been.
It’s Not Just A Workout — It’s An Experience
HOW & WHAT WE TEACH
All training programs are designed to maximize player skills, game carry over, and basketball IQ. This is accomplished through dynamic teaching, progression and process based training philosophies, and the utilization of our tested and proven Skill Development Curriculum – The Blueprint – which has been sold internationally and throughout the United States.
Each session is designed to develop the core and positional skills within our Skill Development Curriculum. Through this progression we are able to continually develop and enhance each player’s skill set regardless of his or her stage of development.
Everyone knows that practice is a major key to improvement, but specific kinds of practice can increase a skill up to 10 times faster. To maximize improvement, each training session uses a specific teaching process:
By using this process we are able to not only teach players how to do a skill, but also when to do it, where to do it, and why to do it.
Everything we do has a purpose and is directly related to game situations. There are no fluff or filler drills used, ever.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Players are grouped based primarily on skill level, then by age and size. Signing up for the appropriate class ensures that each small group training session has players of similar skill level.
Small groups consist of 1-6 players and are formed by individual players signing up for appropriate classes online. By limiting the groups to four players we are able to provide necessary individual attention to each player, maximize their repetitions and customize each session to meet the individual needs of each player.
All training sessions are 55-60 minutes long and are conducted at our Milwaukee – West location.

What Class Should You Sign Up For?
First time attendees in grades 6-10 should sign up for ‘Offensive Skills Essentials’ classes. Varsity level players should sign up for the ‘Advanced Offensive Skills’ classes.
In some cases, depending on the stage of development for the player, staff will recommend that a players sign up for a more or less advanced training session. If possible, staff may also make recommendations for specific days/times to join particular groups that would be a good fit for the player.
How Often Should I Train?
Frequency of training is different based on each player’s personal goals and current stage of development. As general rule, “train in proportion to your aspirations.” In other words, the better you want to be, the more you need to train.
Our expectation is that players train with us a minimum of once or twice per week. Consistency of training plays a major role in the results you will receive. The more frequently we are able to work with a player, the quicker you will see improvement. To ensure consistency, each workout package has an expiration period based on the player attending at least once per week (ex: 12 sessions = 3 month expriation, 48 sessions = 1 year expiration). Players are also expected to practice the skills of each session on their own.
- Sample Training Program
- 2 days per week – Mike Lee Basketball training sessions
- 2 days per week – 60 minute workouts on your own
- 2 days per week – 25 to 30 minute ball handling workouts
